Printing  Fact Sheets
- Click the icon for the selected Fact Sheet in your browser

First, choose File > Print or press the Print button in the toolbar. Second, a print dialog box lets you select printing options and begin printing.

Click the Properties button in the dialog box. Select Landscape orientation (printing across the long side of the paper) instead of the more common portrait orientation.

Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above offers a Shrink to Fit print option which shrinks (and if necessary) rotates oversized pages to fit on the paper size currently loaded in your printer.

Download Word Viewer for free.
If you do not already have a version of Microsoft Word or Word Viewer installed on your system, please download the free Microsoft Word Viewer, close your browser and run the installation program.
Printing  Fact Sheets
- To view a file, simply click the icon.
- Use the toolbar to move around and to zoom in or out.
- To print the current file, click the Printer icon on the toolbar, or select Print from the File menu.
- Make sure you choose Landscape orientation and Shrink to Fit if appropriate.
